Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is an American producer and actress best well-known for her performances in the shows she played on Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist and The television series The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American Studies at Brown University, and a Master in acting at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Aunjanue is an actress in theater and film who is producer. Her career began as a theater actress and then appeared on a variety of TV series as well as mainstream and independent film. She became famous as Miranda Shaw, a character who appeared on ABC's Quantico. In BET's amazing show The Book of Negroes she played the role of Ariel. In addition, she be praised by critics in her character but also received a few awards and nominations. In 1995 she made her acting debut as Ariel in The Tempest as Ariel. She's appeared as a character on Broadway as a part of Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. Her most well-known role is her character on ABC's crime drama High Incident.
